✨ SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:
All ready-to-ship originals and prints will be packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days. Framed pieces and delicate originals may take an extra day or two to ensure safe packaging.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping:
Yes, I ship worldwide! Please allow 1–2 weeks for international delivery, depending on your location and customs processing. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging:
Each artwork is carefully packaged using archival-safe materials. Originals and framed works are wrapped with love, padding, and extra protection to prevent damage in transit.

Local Delivery or Pickup:
At this time, I do not offer in-person pickups unless arranged privately (for collectors in the San Diego area only). Please reach out if you’d like to discuss a local option.

💌 RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because each artwork is handmade with care, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. I want you to feel completely happy with your piece, and I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Custom Orders:
All custom commissions (including pet portraits) are final sale and non-refundable once production begins. If you need to cancel before any work starts, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.
